How to Use
Pat it on from the inner corner of the eye to the middle for a dewy, sparkling look, or spread a little on the cupid's bow to make the lips more defined; and anywhere else you want a sparkle. To remove, use an eye makeup remover and a cotton swab, pushing the glitter off, and take care that no particles get into the eyes. The empty space at the top of the bottle is there to balance the pressure, the bottle is fully filled, and a thin band of pigment inside comes from the filling pressure and is not a defect.
