2. Acceptance of Terms

Before purchasing products through this website, please carefully review these Terms of Use in order to have all the necessary information for making your decision. By purchasing goods through this website, you agree with all the terms and information presented to you, and confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use regulate the conditions of product purchases, the rights and obligations of consumers, and other matters important for the functioning and conducting of purchases via this website.

Our Privacy Policy supplements these Terms of Use. We recommend that you carefully read this information and periodically check for updates.

3. Product Description

Aleksandr Krutik PR Belgrade offers authentic Korean cosmetics and skincare products. All product descriptions, quantities, and prices are clearly stated in the product catalog.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Methods

The customer may choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery — payment in cash upon receiving the shipment via courier service or at the post office.
  • Payment by bank cards — All payments are processed through reliable external payment systems. Card payment (Visa,Dina, Master) processing is provided through the following service providers: Electronic Money Institution PaySpot doo Novi Sad, headquartered in Novi Sad, Branimira Ćosića 2/II/201B, Company No.: 21157074, VAT: 109296534, and Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Belgrade, headquartered in Belgrade, Đorđa Stanojevića 16, Company No.: 17335600, VAT: 10000029 (hereinafter: the Bank).

    The customer, in order to complete the purchase of products, is required to enter their card data into the designated secure form on the website. If the transaction is successful, the customer will be notified that funds in the amount of the created order have been successfully reserved. By accepting these Terms of Use, the customer agrees that, at the time of the initial order, funds will be reserved in the amount of the created order, and that their payment card will be charged for the purchase of products.

    Payment card data is stored on the Bank’s secure, protected page in encrypted form and is not available to other parties in the payment process. Card data is never available to Aleksandr Krutik PR or the Institution. When entering card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI System, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available.

    In the event of a refund (complaint, withdrawal, etc.), funds will be refunded to the card or the customer’s bank account with their consent. During a refund, the customer will provide the bank account details to which the funds will be returned, which constitutes personal data protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid by card (partially or in full), regardless of the reason for the refund, Aleksandr Krutik PR is obliged to execute the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and DinaCard methods of payment, which means that the Bank will process the refund to the customer’s card account. For every registered card (one or more), validation of the card and the customer is performed. Entry and transfer of personal data and card number details are protected in accordance with leading Internet security protocols and PCI DSS standards for secure payments.
  • Payment via digital wallets — possible with Google Pay and Apple Pay. The customer confirms the transaction by using biometrics (fingerprint, face recognition) or a PIN on their mobile device, which constitutes consent for executing the transaction.
  • Payment via IPS “Scan” method — conducted via the customer’s bank mobile application by scanning the IPS QR code.
  • Cash upon personal pickup — payment in cash when collecting at our pickup points/offline sales locations.

Notes: All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations/your issuing bank, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the original price listed on our website and the amount shown on your bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.
Since each country independently determines laws regulating the trade of goods and services, situations may arise where, INDEPENDENTLY OF US, certain government authorities impose additional taxes, duties, or fees on completed transactions. Aleksandr Krutik PR does not bear responsibility for such charges, and customers undertake to independently resolve all matters related to their payment.

6. Data Confidentiality

We do not sell or transfer customer data to third parties, except to the bank/payment providers and competent authorities as required by law. Card data (PAN, expiry date, CVC/CVV) is neither requested nor stored.

7. Ordering and Delivery

  • Orders are created online through our webshop.

There are two delivery options available in Belgrade:

        1. Standard Delivery Dexpress
        Delivery is carried out by the courier service Dexpress.

      • Orders are delivered to your address. After dispatch, you will receive a message with a tracking link where you can, if necessary, change the delivery method — choose a parcel locker or the nearest Dexpress office if it’s inconvenient to wait for the courier.

      • Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
      • Delivery cost: 400 RSD.
      • Free delivery for orders over 5,000 RSD.

         2. Express Delivery Wolt
         Delivery is carried out by the courier service Wolt.

      • Before dispatch, we will contact you via messenger or SMS. For your convenience, you can message us on Telegram or Viber.
      • Orders are delivered within one hour after being handed to the courier.
      • Delivery is available during store working hours: Tuesday–Thursday 14:00–19:00, Friday–Saturday 13:00–19:00.
      • The delivery area is limited to a radius of 7 km from our store at Skenderbegova 45, Dorćol, Belgrade. You can view the delivery zone map here.
      • Delivery cost: 600 RSD.
      • Free delivery for orders over 8,000 RSD.
      • Only prepaid orders or cash-on-delivery orders (payment in cash upon receipt) up to 19,999 RSD can be shipped via Wolt. If needed, we can send you a link for online payment.

           Delivery to Other Regions of Serbia 
          Delivery throughout Serbia is carried out by the courier service Dexpress.

      • Orders are delivered to your address. After dispatch, you will receive a message with a tracking link where you can, if necessary, change the delivery method — choose a parcel locker or the nearest Dexpress office if it’s inconvenient to wait for the courier.

      • Delivery time: 2–7 business days (depending on the city).
      • Delivery cost: 400 RSD.
      • Free delivery for orders over 5,000 RSD.

8. Delivery Note for Delivered Goods/Services

The merchant ensures that goods or services have been received by the customer through a delivery note or confirmation from the courier service/Pošta Srbije. In the case of personal pickup, the order may be confirmed by the customer’s signature or receipt. For intangible goods or services delivered online, confirmation is considered an electronic notice or server log. The merchant is obliged to keep such confirmations for 2 (two) years from the transaction date and provide them to the Bank upon request in case of a transaction dispute.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Products being returned must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygienic reasons. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 10. Refunds

In the case of returning goods paid for by card, refunds are executed exclusively by canceling the original transaction to the same card (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, DinaCard).

11. Complaints

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will respond to written complaints within 8 days and resolve them no later than 15 days from the date of submission.

12. Personal Data Protection

Personal data, within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Law, refers to any information relating to an individual whose identity is determined or determinable, directly or indirectly, in particular based on an identity marker such as name and identification number, location data, identifier in electronic communication networks, or one or more characteristics of their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity. Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions performed automatically or non-automatically with personal data or their sets, such as collection, recording, classification, grouping, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, disclosure. All issues of importance for the protection of personal data, their processing, and your rights in this regard can be found in our Privacy Policy.

The merchant is prohibited from selling, ordering, providing, or exchanging customer data or payment card information in any form with third parties, except with the Bank or competent state authorities. Personal and address data provided to the Merchant during the purchase process are considered business secrets. These data are also regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law.

The Merchant undertakes not to request or store in any electronic form data related to the payment card used for the transaction, especially the card number, expiry date, CVC2 or CVV number, etc.

By accepting these Terms and using our online shop, you confirm that you have fully understood and accepted these Terms and have been informed of the legal basis, purpose, scope, and method of processing your personal data, and that you have been provided with information in accordance with Article 23 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

13. Prohibited Transactions

The sale of products and services prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Serbia or by the rules of card organizations (narcotics, weapons/explosives/radioactive materials, protected species, pornography, medicines, etc.) is forbidden.

14. Merchant’s Legal Liability for Conformity

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the merchant who sold a service to the consumer is liable for its conformity within the statutory period. The service is not in conformity if: by content, quality, or purpose it does not correspond to the description given by the merchant before concluding the contract by advertisement or other similar means; does not correspond to the description given by the merchant during the provision of the service, if that could have influenced the consumer’s decision; lacks the special characteristics requested by the consumer, which were or should have been known to the merchant at the time of conclusion; lacks the regular characteristics of services of the same type; does not meet the expectations reasonably based on the nature of the service and the merchant’s public promises, especially if made through advertising; or does not correspond to the description given before conclusion by a third party in the name of the merchant.

The merchant is not liable for non-conformity if: they did not know or could not have known that a third party had given a description in their name; or if the disputed description was duly corrected in time.

The service is in conformity if: by content, quality, and purpose it corresponds to the description given by the merchant before conclusion; corresponds to the description given during provision; has the special characteristics requested by the consumer, which were or should have been known to the merchant at the time of conclusion; has the regular characteristics of services of the same type; and meets expectations based on the nature of the service and the merchant’s public promises, especially if made through advertising; or corresponds to the description given before conclusion by a third party in the name of the merchant.

If the service is not in conformity with the agreement, the consumer may require the merchant to provide a conforming service. If providing a conforming service is impossible or unlawful, the consumer may request termination of the contract. If providing a conforming service represents a disproportionate burden for the merchant, the consumer may request a price reduction or termination of the contract. If the service is not in conformity with the agreement, the provisions of Articles 49–55 of the Consumer Protection Law apply to the consumer’s rights and the merchant’s responsibility.

The merchant is obliged to provide clear and reliable proof that the goods/services have been received by the consumer or an authorized person. In the case of material goods, the proof must be in the form of a delivery note containing the same mandatory elements as a payment confirmation: consumer’s name and surname (or authorized person’s), address, ID number and type of the consumer or authorized person, signature of the consumer or authorized person, order data, merchant data, transaction data, delivery date.

15. Consent Before Payment

Before payment, the order specification (items, quantities, prices, VAT) is displayed. Payment is only possible after confirming consent with the Privacy Policy and Purchase Terms.

16. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, a confirmation is displayed/sent containing the following data: payment status, customer data, order specification (OID), merchant data (name, VAT, address), date/time, approval_code, refnumber, status.

17. Proof of Delivery

Proof of receipt of the shipment (signature/ID of recipient or electronic log) is kept for at least 2 years from the transaction date and archived securely. The merchant is obliged to provide these data to the Bank upon request in case of a transaction dispute.

18. Newsletter

BeautyJunkies.rs contains an option to be informed about news and promotional offers via a newsletter. The customer can subscribe to the newsletter by giving consent, by ticking the “Subscribe to newsletter” checkbox when creating an account.

19. Dispute Resolution – Court Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The contracting parties agree to attempt to resolve all disputes and contentious issues arising during the contractual relationship amicably. In the absence of an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent court in Belgrade, and the law of the Republic of Serbia applies.

20. Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer may resolve a dispute in an out-of-court settlement procedure, as defined by the Law.

21. Changes to Purchase Terms

Aleksandr Krutik PR may, at any time and without prior notice, amend or supplement the website’s purchase terms by updating these Terms. By continuing to use any of the website’s services, you accept all subsequently published rules and purchase terms.
