Return & Withdrawal Form

(In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

How to submit a withdrawal:

  • Download and complete the form: Withdrawal Form (PDF).
  • Send the completed and signed form to: info@beautyjunkies.rs within 14 days of receiving the goods; or include the printed form inside the return parcel.

Returning the goods:

  • The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice (via email).
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging due to hygiene and health protection reasons.
  • We recommend keeping the tracking number and sending it to info@beautyjunkies.rs.

Refunds: will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide proof of shipment (tracking number). Refunds are processed according to the “Terms & Conditions” (Refund Policy).
