Reedle Shot 100, 300 or 700: what does the number mean?
At the heart of the Reedle Shot line is Cica Reedle: according to VT, mineral-derived silica microparticles, finer than pores and infused with centella, that gently stimulate the skin and help it absorb skincare. VT calls this “Skin Fitness”: just as exercise strengthens muscles, the right stimulation wakes skin up. VT doesn’t say exactly what the number measures, but the higher it is, the more Cica Reedle, the stronger the effect and the less often you use it.

How do you use Reedle Shot?
VT calls it “Step Zero”: apply it first, on clean skin right after cleansing, and keep the rest of your routine unchanged. Spread it with your fingers, let it absorb, then moisturise; VT says serums and creams absorb better afterwards. The brand gives no exact amount but suggests starting with a little to reduce tingling, which it considers normal.
Alternate different Reedle Shots rather than combining them on one evening: VT’s weekly calendar has 100 on four evenings, 300 on two and 700 on one. VT also advises against using Reedle Shot with LED masks or other beauty devices, or on damaged skin, and suggests waiting at least two weeks after cosmetic procedures.
Where does VT’s PDRN come from?
From ginseng. According to VT, its plant-based PHYTO PDRN Panax has a lower molecular weight than animal-derived PDRN and helps skin stay fresh-looking and firm. On ingredient lists it appears as Panax Ginseng Root Extract and Sodium DNA. We explain what PDRN is in our journal.
The PDRN line includes PDRN Essence 100, a milky morning-and-evening essence that doubles as a makeup base; PDRN Capsule Cream 100, a clear gel cream with PDRN capsules that melt on the skin; and PDRN Glow Ampoule, a spray that can also go over makeup. VT pairs Reedle Shot 100 with the essence and Reedle Shot 300 with the cream.
What else carries the Reedle Shot name?
Among others: the three-step All In One mask (step one: Reedle Shot 300); the Lifting Eye Cream with a vibrating, cooling tip; and the Lip Plumper gloss in a gentler Beginner and a stronger Expert version.
