Dr.Ceuracle is a Korean brand you can recognise by the % sign on the pack: with it the brand promises to show the main ingredient and its share, and a number in the name, as in Cica Regen 95, 92 and 70, is that percentage. The name is a blend of cosmeceutical (skincare that borders on pharmaceuticals) and miracle, and the slogan is "Curing Skin, Caring Beauty". This is how the brand describes itself: effective natural ingredients at their ideal concentration, a balance of skin-friendly ingredients and skin science, and a solution of its own for every skin concern; since 2000 it has been accumulating clinical tests and data and applying them to its products. Dr.Ceuracle belongs to Leegeehaam Cosmetics, a Seoul-based company with its own laboratory and patents; the products are made in Korea.
Natural Derma and Medical Derma — two groups of lines
The brand divides its facial skincare lines into two groups. The easiest way to choose is by your concern: the brand has a line for each one.
Natural Derma — "botanic science": plant ingredients plus skin science.
- Pro Balance — probiotics (not live bacteria but lysates and filtrates: fragments of lactobacilli, lactococci, bifidobacteria and yeast) and enzyme powder washes for morning and night.
- Vegan Kombucha — kombucha, a fermented black tea; the essence and gel cream contain 78% kombucha extract, for oil-water balance, hydration and the skin barrier.
- Tea Tree Purifine — tea tree, for blemish-prone skin.
- Cica Regen — centella, for irritated, sensitive skin.
- Royal Vita Propolis — propolis and honey, for dull, tired skin.
- Vegan Active Berry — encapsulated resveratrol (an antioxidant), for elasticity.
Medical Derma — "clinical experiences and scientific proof": products for a specific concern.
- AC Cure Solution — spot care for breakouts; its Blue One contains salicylic acid.
- 5α Control — for oily skin that is, in the brand's words, "tight inside, shiny outside".
- Hyal Reyouth — a complex of six hyaluronic acids, for hydration.
- Pure VC Mellight — pure vitamin C in powder form, for an even skin tone.
- PLC — "Personal Liposomal Care": liposomes (microcapsules) that, according to the brand, help active ingredients to be absorbed; it includes an oil ampoule with vitamin K.
- D-bottle — ampoules (concentrated serums) in which each ampoule addresses one concern, for example Vegan BHA & Matcha (the BHA is salicylic acid) for oily, troubled skin.

The number on the pack is the percentage of the main ingredient
The percentage sign is Dr.Ceuracle's signature symbol: "down to the percentage of the ingredient", as the brand puts it, and the large graphic on the pack shows the line and the share of the main ingredient. Read the names and descriptions the same way: Tea Tree Purifine Essence — 95% tea tree extract, the cream in the same line — 80%, the cleansing foam — 30%; Cica Regen 95 Soothing Gel — 95% centella, the 92 Toner — 92%, the 70 Cream — 70%; the Vegan Kombucha essence and gel cream — 78% kombucha extract.
Vegan, fragrance-free and other labels
Dr.Ceuracle's Vegan mark goes on individual products, not on the brand as a whole: it is on the entire Vegan Kombucha line, on Vegan Active Berry and Cica Regen, and on the Vegan BHA & Matcha ampoule; the Kombucha essence and gel cream carry a vegan certification mark. Royal Vita Propolis, with propolis and honey, and the Pro Balance Biotics Moisturizer, with milk lipids, are not vegan.
"Fragrance-free" is likewise a per-product label; the products that carry it include the Kombucha essence and gel cream, the Tea Tree Purifine essence and cream, the Royal Vita Propolis cream, ampoule and eye cream, the Pure VC Mellight cream and ampoule, the enzyme washes and the Pro Balance toner and moisturizer. That said, the Kombucha gel cream has a light rosemary scent from the essential oil in its formula, the Night Enzyme Wash powder and the Biotics Moisturizer contain citrus essential oils, and the BHA & Matcha and PLC ampoules list fragrance among their ingredients. The Kombucha essence has been tested on sensitive skin and passed both a patch test (a check on a small area of skin) and a skin-irritation test.
How the brand suggests using them
For the Night Enzyme Wash enzyme powder, put a little powder in your palm, mix it with water, massage your face and rinse with warm water; the "night" in the name stands for deep evening cleansing with charcoal granules, while the Morning Enzyme Wash is a mild cleanse that keeps moisture in. The brand counts the powders as special care — a peel for sensitive skin — and the foam can also be left on the face as a peeling mask for 1–2 minutes. Shake the Vegan Kombucha essence before use — it is two-phase and separates into two layers — then apply it to cleansed skin and pat it in gently; the brand also suggests two extra tricks: soak a cotton pad in it and use it as a mask, or apply it in several layers.
Apply a few drops of the BHA & Matcha ampoule and pat them in the same way; shake the PLC ampoule first so that the oil layer mixes in, then apply it to clean skin. The brand suggests the Kombucha gel cream after the essence for dry skin and after a toner for normal and oily skin; the Pro Balance Biotics Moisturizer is the last step of care, before sunscreen. The brand gives no exact amounts — "an appropriate amount" and "a few drops" is all it says — nor does it say how long to leave the cotton-pad mask on or how many layers to apply.
