What are Beauties?
Beauties are the points of our cashback programme. 1 Beauty = 1 RSD off your next order.
How do I join?
There is no separate sign-up. Enter your email, we send you a code, and you are in: the account is created in the same step. Everyone with an account takes part in the programme automatically.
Where do I see how many Beauties I have?
Sign in and your balance shows up at the top of this page. It is also in the rewards window in the corner of the site and in your account, on the loyalty page — together with the whole history.
How much cashback does an order bring?
2% at Bronze, 4% at Silver, 7% at Gold and 10% at Platina. The cashback comes as Beauties, and 1 Beauty = 1 RSD off your next order.
How do I move up a tier?
Everyone starts at Bronze with 2% cashback. After that the tier follows your total spend: Silver and 4% from 20,000 RSD, Gold and 7% from 70,000 RSD, Platina and 10% from 150,000 RSD. To keep your tier, one order a year is enough.
How do I spend Beauties?
Open your cart: there you pick how many Beauties to use, and the discount is applied at checkout. The order has to be at least 1,000 RSD, and Beauties cover up to 50% of the cart.
Do Beauties expire?
Beauties are valid for one year from the day they land in your account — use them within that year.
Does the discount have a deadline?
No. Once Beauties are turned into a discount, the code has no expiry date. It also works together with other discounts: on the order, on products and on delivery.
Do points add up without an account?
No. Beauties are tied to an account, so orders placed as a guest do not earn them.
How do I get the 500 Beauties for a birthday?
Add your date of birth in the programme window at least 30 days before the date. The gift comes once a year.
And the 300 Beauties for a Google review?
Leave a review of our shop on Google Maps and collect the points in the programme window. Once per account.
How do I invite a friend?
Sign in, open the rewards window in the corner of the site and take your link. Copy it and share it anywhere — WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, email or any other way. When the person who used it pays for their first order, 300 Beauties land in your balance.
Who can I invite?
Anyone who has never ordered from us. That order has to be at least 3,000 RSD for the 300 RSD discount to work. If the order is refunded, the points are taken back.
What if I cancel or return an order?
The Beauties earned on that order are taken back, and the Beauties you spent on the discount return to your balance.
