Rom&nd Bare Water Cushion is the brand's transparent, water-based cushion for skin that looks, in its words, moist as if soaked with water: a fresh, dewy glow without greasy shine, and a light, bare-skin finish that naturally evens out texture, tone and small imperfections without feeling like a mask. It hydrates the moment it goes on, with no tightness underneath. The formula is 70% essence with ten types of hyaluronic acid, water, peach flower extract, baobab extract and ceramide; in the brand's 48-hour test on shade 02 the hydration held. Vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients and upcycled raw materials, and 13 ingredients of concern left out. In Korea it is registered as a triple functional cosmetic: UV protection, brightening and wrinkle care. SPF38 PA+++, with organic filters plus titanium dioxide. How to Use

Take an appropriate amount on the built-in puff and apply by patting lightly, as if charging the skin with moisture: the cushion holds a lot of essence, and rubbing can make it slip. One layer is enough for a natural look; add a second where you want more coverage. Close the case tightly, since the formula is very moist and would dry out open, and store it lying flat: the mesh can let product seep through if the case is knocked while standing upright.
