Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is born from the root of astragalus, a herb the brand has long cherished for its vitality-restoring energy. It delivers deep nourishment and hydration in a rich, essence-like texture and is formulated only with essential ingredients. The brand's idea is simple: weakened, thinned skin needs a dense moisture barrier rather than hydration that sits on the surface, and a toner as light as water can't hold the moisture that keeps escaping, so the barrier care starts at the toner step. The astragalus comes from Jecheon, which the brand calls Korea's largest astragalus-growing region. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free; certified vegan (Vegan-Korea).

How to Use
