Purito Wonder Releaf Centella Spot Patch — 51 hydrocolloid patches, 36 of 10 mm and 15 of 12 mm: the brand's "SOS rescue patch" for blemishes on sensitive, acne-prone skin. Hydrocolloid is a waterproof material that shields the spot from picking and irritants; after a few hours the patch turns opaque white, which the brand calls the sign that it is working. The patches are slim and breathable, made of a transparent matte material, so they sit almost invisibly and can be worn under makeup. Centella actives, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid, soothe problem areas and irritated skin. Fragrance-free. Formerly sold as All Care Recovery Cica-Aid. How to Use

Start with cleansed, dry skin and put the patch on before any serum or ampoule, otherwise it may not stick well. Choose a patch bigger than the spot. Leave it on for 4–8 hours or until it turns white, then remove it and put on a new one if needed; it works during the day or overnight. Under makeup: put it on the blemish before applying makeup. After taking it off, wash with a gentle cleanser and apply a calming cream, such as the Wonder Releaf Centella Cream Unscented.
